Disorderline @ The Crystal Ship 2016

The artwork in Ostend is abstract and geometric but sometimes they do head in the realistic direction. On these walls they used colors that were inspired by the environment: the blue of the sea and the brown/ochre of the sand.

The artists of Disorderline started out with graffiti as teenagers and have since evolved into different artforms like graphic design and visual arts. Their abstract lines and lively color schemes follow the architectural lines of the building. They are fascinated by paint as a material and the movements during the creative process. The amount of artists in the collective is not set, sometimes they work in pairs, sometimes there is four or six of them.
